1, Introduction

The our final work is about the vextor animation we planned so far about burnout expression, In this work, I worked with teammate I found in the early week to plan this interesting project. The production itself is different to others, our team was separated into two group, the one who make sprites and the one who makes animation. I wan in the team to make sprite animation

2, Animation

As I already mentioned, My task is creating sprite animation, however, Our team start the project from planning storyline about burnout expression. Basically, this expression itself is about mental exhustion. To explain simply, too much stress makes people lack of motivation of doing things or interest to anything.
As I'm repeating to say, our task is visualise burnout expression by making kinetic animation.
The group I'm working with is the team that is already worked together before to make kinetic typography shown below.
1.1 Past Kinetic typography
In the time we had a conversation about storyboard to explain burnout expression, I brought my own PDF file abou my own short and brief research about burnout expression with brief storyline that I aimed to be used later as references. In the conversation, my idea has been turned out as part of group ideas and we started our project.

1.2 My burnout symptoms and brief storyline PDF
I needed to wait untill all other vector team complete, so I was doing other works for information design and I received the message that all vector work is completed, so I finally move to the process to create vector animation. In the group WhatsApp chat, there are already draftworks provided to develop ideas for work, before I plan about the part where I am going take from the draft video provided.

In the meeting, I was decided to create a part where explaining two reasons about burout expressions, overworking and perfectionism. The process itself is about making animation about the plot provided by other member from group of sprites already made by other members. 
The first point I struggle was the sprites I missed to import, in the early scene, I missed to insert office background, therefore  I made a background at the first time as shown below.

After showing this scene to my other member, I realised that I misssed the background provided, therefore I switched the background in provided sprite as shown below.
1.4 Separqated spites
The main point I mainly focused in this production is sprites, actually I tried to separate every sprite depends on the different part of every object, for example, I separate arm, head, eyes (pupil), and body to make an animation for every body to make a complicate move.
1.5 Trim work example
I used the trim path to make a smoother move in my video. Trim path makes the movement of objects slow at the first and end of the movement and fask at the middle of movement. This effort makes my animation much natural. (Trim work example is shown above.)
1.6 Separated group for animating multiple sprites at once.
I separate my part for the project into different small section to create a group to make a group animation so tha every object (sprites) in the scene make same movementat the time much easiler, for example, the zoom out animation from office to the city is one of my example for group animation and arm animation.
The point I mostly forcused on my production is how every animation moves smooth and natural, the zoom out animation to the Earth rotation is one of the example for this, all of movement, zoom out, opacity chane, and position change are all aimed to be looked as smooth for audiences.
1.7 Mountain scene
In the perfectionnism scene, I also focused to express the impact of the size of mountain, to do this, I first make animation to zoom out to show whole mountain and small character animation at the same time, I originally make animation to move camera to show the man rolling a big red ball, but I remove that scene and show the big mountain. This process is came from member's advice.

To sum up all my work for this final project, I can firstly state that the moviw itself wasn't so bad, in this video, I used 30fps (which means there are 30 frames which makes the video looks smoother than video I maqde before, I made a video about how to make alla chittara in around 10 fps), smoother move and the trim technique which I've learnt in the past was successfully used in my work to improve quality of video, however, unlike kinetic typography work, I couldn't use any new techniques that I learnt individually to improve my work much more unique way.
The process to make a kinetic animation from plotting was fun and way to animate sprites made of Adobe illustrator.

4, Conclusion

The process to design kinatic aimation was quite going better than how I expected, during the production, there are some problems happened such as deadline issues, or software freezes or crashes, however, the fundamental point and basic ideas about the point we've learnt was successfully completed in my mind, however, I couldn't expand ideas from the topics we've learnt and I couldn't have enough research to develop my designing skill individually, therefore in the futur, I need to expand the ideas from what we've learnt and improve my skill about expressing the information much efficiently.
