In this week's module, we've learnt about object swing animation. To explain more about this, it is an object movement with dragging, altered to say the movement of object with following object. In this module and project, swing animation and its moment was explained and made by pendulum animation. The project itself was easier to complete than bouncing animation with squeeze and squasgh and rotating of object, however there are still some effort I applied into my work.
2, pendulum Animation
First of all, pendulum is weight suspended from a pivot so that it can swing freely.(Referred from Wikipedia) In our blender file, there pendulum had a 3 different individual pivot so each part can move freely unlike normal pivot which ususally has only one pivot on top of pendulum, therefore the movement of this pendulum will be going to be different so I need to create the motion so it can express and emphasise the motion of object on the edge of pendulum.
In my previous term, I've learnt an animation about ball bouncing with tail, in that animation, the tails follows the movement of ball, therefore I used this system again for pendulum motion in my animation project.

3, Technique
The animation of swinging animation itself is super simple, first, make an animation of armature moving from left to right, then rotate each pivot of pendlum. The angle and degree of rotation must follow the rule pf physics. At the early time, the degree of pivot rotation isn't big yet, but as time goes, the degree of rotation gets bigger and bigger.
In the world of physics, the object that stayed still tands to try stay where it stays, on the other hand, the object that moves tries to still move even it stops, this physics idea is called "Inertia". The good example of this idea is the body movement while driving, the body tends to be forced to be going backwards when the car starts moving, the body tends to be forced to be going forward when the car starts stopping. I also used this inertia in my pendulum motion, the degree of each pivot rotation gets bigger and bigger and reaches the peak of rotation at the middle point of object movement, because it accelerats its speed, then the pivots start to rotate in different direction because it deccelerates and the pivots still rotates after the pendulum reaches at the destination of movement, smae as previous work I tries to make the movement looks natural, which means the pendulum mustn't look like stopping each time when it swings. I used time graph editor and timeline to adjust the position and degree of object movement to the pbject is moving natural.

In the end, the the swinging animation of pendulum ends up with good quality, before the end, I want to mention that I made 3 different pendulum animation, each object is different object that is made of different materials, therefore I tries to express different material by making different movement and different rotation, for example the heavy object moves slowly and rotates bit, but the light object rotates the base of pendulum too.
