Week 6 : Recordings

1, Introduction

This week, We didn't have any class because this week was for taking the scenes.In this group, the every scene for our movie was taken on Thursday. In this Eportfolio, We're going to talk about what we've done at that day.

2, Progress. 

Due to the time issue, I think I'm going to use bullet point more, howevr, please allow me if I have anything done for recordings.

First of all, I was an art designer, therefore, I started as designing the clothes that actor (Andy) and Actress (Han Lee) afre going to wear. At this point, I was focusing on the planning about clothes that both action part is going to wear. I used Photoshop to design al costume that both of them is going to on movie as shown below.

Once we discussed about the costume for actors and actress, we all started to find the location for the each scenes, I worked with Jordan to find the location where we can take different scenes that have different shoots and angles. Unfortunatelly, during this process, I misunderstand the time we take, because when we arrived to the particuklar places, we found that some place is too small to take for taking the scenes and some places are clouded so we can't take, as the result we have to move to the location to take. I have learnt that we have to discuss carefully about the location with director before we take from this mistake.

Once we all establish the scenes to take, we moved to taking each scene on Thursday. At that day, I have brought brushes and hair spray for maintaining actors outlook and I have work to teach actors about the pose they need to take in each scenes to understand what that need to do during the scenes. I also suggest ideas for each scenes. 

My main work during the taking scene was holding and making the sound with clapperboard, which is the part of the record to start recording. I have to ask video and audio recording and actors to ask they are ready and start the recording by clapping the clapperboard. his is my first time to do this and I hope I successfully complete my work.

These are my works I've done during the recording scenes, the point I have keep in mind in the how to express the story in the recordings, sometimes I need to tell actors about how to act each scenes and sometimes I talked to a director about the way to take scenes, the shoot, angles and actor's act itself are all key features to make a good move. As the result, I have completed a good work in this recordings.

3, Final outcome

This is our final production.
