1, Introduction

I am going to write down abou the lettering for zdesign communication module tutorial task. The task itself is altered to be named as "Archtectural lettering". The students are requred to understand the structure of lettering for design communication by writing letter in order.

The process is just writing text about lyrics of Negaraku (Malaysian anthem). The structure is looked fine for me, but there are some error of process happened during creation.

2, Production

The video given in the class already told us the way to create text lines in the paper. There are two main mistakes in my work. First of all, the angle of text writing must be around 60 degrees from paper, however I made around even much sharp angle for text writing and the hand isn't straight at all. Additinally, the pencil hardness isn't also the one which is told to use for task. They told us that B is the pencil hardness that should be used although I used 2B.

These are all my main mistakes, however, I tried to aim to write my text as neat as possible. I suggest that the main goal of architecture lettering is how texts should be written as clean as possible, therefore the text itself is very clean and easy to read. I'm greatful that the quality of text, therefore in next, I should try to adjust the writing form itself.
